I have been writing short stories and non-fiction since 2006.
Born and raised: northwestern Wisconsin
Currently resides: northeastern Minnesota within sight of Lake Superior
Family: husband, three daughters, dog Holly
Reading interests:  mysteries, history (especially the American Civil War and Victorian London), lighthouses, tales of shipwrecks.
Favorite charities: Compassion International, Samaritan's Purse
Hobbies: knitting, crocheting, camping, travel
Things I would like to do someday: to travel from the beginning of the Mississippi River to its end, to camp and hike in every Minnesota state park, to publish a non-fiction book to help mothers who are grieving the loss of a baby
